QECTOR collects the minimum data needed to operate: contact-form messages, licensing correspondence, and Stripe checkout records (processed by Stripe; card data never touches QECTOR servers). The decoder package performs no telemetry and no network calls: license verification is offline Ed25519 signature checking.
